Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Place the prawns in a separate bowl and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Toss to coat the prawns evenly.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Dredge the prawns in flour, shaking off any excess.

Fry the prawns in batches until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Serve the salt and pepper prawns hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges.
