- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1 can sardines in oil
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the oil from the can of sardines over medium heat.

Add the sardines to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, breaking them up with a spoon.

Add the salsa to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the salsa and sardine mixture.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
