Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 grapefruits, segmented
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the salmon fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

In a separate bowl, gently toss the avocado slices and grapefruit segments together.

Divide the avocado and grapefruit mixture onto plates.

Place a salmon fillet on top of each plate.
