- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
