Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill or bake the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

Pour the sesame dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.

Divide the salad onto four plates and top each with a grilled salmon fillet.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salads and serve immediately.
