Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

In a small saucepan, heat the white wine, chicken broth, butter, and minced garlic over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the sauce reduces slightly.

Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Pour the white wine sauce over the salmon fillets.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
