How To Make Roasted Fish Italian Style

Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (such as sea bass or snapper)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the garlic and herb mixture evenly over the fish fillets.

  5. Top each fillet with a few slices of lemon.

  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
