Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as sea bass or snapper)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Brush the garlic and herb mixture evenly over the fish fillets.

Top each fillet with a few slices of lemon.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
