Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or tilapia)
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make a spice rub.

Rub the spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the fish fillets.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the fish fillets in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
