Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, julienned
- 1 cup avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cooked crab meat or imitation crab
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- Nori sheets, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.

In a small bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the cooked sushi rice and gently toss until well coated.

Divide the seasoned rice among 4 serving bowls.

Top each bowl with cucumber slices, carrot strips, avocado slices, and crab meat.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and garnish with nori sheets.
