Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a food processor, pulse the prawns until finely chopped.

In a mixing bowl, combine the prawns, breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the prawn cakes until golden brown on each side, about 4-5 minutes per side.

In a separate bowl, combine cucumber, peanuts, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper to make the relish.

Serve the prawn cakes with the cucumber peanut relish on the side.
