- 16 large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 8 slices of pancetta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wrap each prawn with a slice of pancetta and secure with a toothpick.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the wrapped prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the pancetta is crispy and the prawns are cooked through.

Transfer the prawn spears to a baking sheet and place in the oven for an additional 3-4 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the prawn spears hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
