How To Make Prawn & Harissa Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti
- 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.

Stir in the harissa paste, chopped tomatoes, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.

Serve the prawn and harissa spaghetti in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley.
