How To Make Pomegranate Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small saucepan, combine the pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the pomegranate glaze generously over the salmon fillets.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
