How To Make Pint of Prawns & Chilli Mayo

Ingredients
- 1 pint of prawns
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chili powder, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the chili mayo sauce.

Heat a pot of water over high heat until boiling. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Remove the prawns from the pot and drain off any excess water.

Serve the prawns in a pint glass or bowl with a side of the chili mayo sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
