How To Make Pea, Prawn & Lemon Linguine

Ingredients
- 300g linguine
- 200g peeled prawns
- 200g frozen peas
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked linguine to the pan, along with the lemon zest and juice. Toss everything together to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the linguine topped with fresh parsley for garnish.
