Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place each salmon fillet on a piece of parchment paper.

Drizzle each fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Top each fillet with a couple of lemon slices and a sprig of fresh dill.

Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and crimp the edges to seal.

Place the parchment packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

Carefully open the parchment packets and serve the salmon hot.
