How To Make Paper Bag Prawns with Sherry, Chilli & Garlic

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, sliced
- 2 tbsp sherry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine the prawns, minced garlic, sliced chillies, sherry, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the prawns evenly.

Place the prawns in a single layer on a large piece of parchment paper or a cooking bag. Fold over the edges to seal the bag.

Place the sealed bag on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through.

Carefully open the bag and transfer the prawns to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley.
