- 4 swai fish fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.

Dredge each swai fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat vegetable oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
