Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.

Coat each salmon fillet with the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side up, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Carefully flip the fillets using a spatula and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the salmon from the skillet and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
