How To Make Orange & Soy Salmon Parcels

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 orange, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic, and ginger.

Place each salmon fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the marinade over the salmon, then place orange slices on top.

Fold the foil over the salmon to create a packet, sealing the edges tightly.

Transfer the foil packets to a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

Carefully open the packets, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve.
