How To Make Mussel, Bacon & Brie Tartlets

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry, defrosted
- 1/2 pound of mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 ounces of brie cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rounds or squares to fit your tartlet pans.

Place the pastry rounds or squares into the tartlet pans.

In a skillet, cook the mussels in a little bit of oil until they open. Remove the mussels from the shells and set them aside.

In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the heat and crumble into small pieces.

Place a few mussels and bacon crumbles into each tartlet pan.

Top with a slice of brie cheese and sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
