How To Make Mummy Ping’s Sambal Prawns & Green Beans

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 250g green beans, trimmed
- 3 tbsp sambal paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the sambal paste to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.

Add the prawns and green beans to the pan, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are cooked through and the green beans are tender-crisp.

Stir in the soy sauce and sugar, and cook for another minute.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
