Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 lb prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside to cool.

Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and sesame oil.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the prawns and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and cooked prawns. Pour the miso dressing over and toss to coat.

Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve the salad warm or chilled.
