Ingredients
- 4 mackerel fillets
- 2 oranges
- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Zest one of the oranges and set the zest aside.

Squeeze the juice of both oranges into a small bowl.

Add the harissa paste, honey, and olive oil to the orange juice and whisk until well combined.

Place the mackerel fillets in a shallow dish and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the orange and harissa glaze over the fillets and let them marinate for 5 minutes.

Transfer the marinated fillets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Sprinkle the reserved orange zest and fresh parsley over the cooked mackerel fillets.
