- 8 slices of bread
- 2 cans of mackerel, drained
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix the mackerel with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mackerel mixture onto four slices of bread.

Top each with bacon, lettuce, and tomato slices.

Place another slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
