How To Make Lobster with Thermidor Butter

Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Use kitchen shears to cut through the top of each lobster tail, crack the ribs with the back of a knife, and gently loosen the meat from the shell.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and evenly distribute the Thermidor butter over the meat.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through and the butter is hot and bubbly.

Serve the lobster tails with additional Thermidor butter on the side.
