- 8 ounces spinach tagliatelle
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spinach tagliatelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the smoked salmon to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring gently to avoid breaking apart the slices.

Stir in the lemon juice and heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
