How To Make Japanese Salmon & Avocado Rice

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced ginger, and minced garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked white rice and the dressing mixture. Mix well to evenly coat the rice.

Divide the rice into 4 serving bowls.

Top each bowl of rice with a grilled salmon fillet and some sliced avocado.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
