How To Make Indian Fish Curry

Ingredients
- 500g fish fillets, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnishing
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add coconut milk and bring it to a boil.

Gently add fish pieces and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

Serve hot with steamed rice or Indian bread.
