Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
