Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Brush the honey-ginger mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.

Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
