- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, green onions, parsley, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties and place them on a baking sheet.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Carefully place the crab cakes in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
