- 4 yellowfin tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Place the yellowfin tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.

Grill the tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
