- 4 sea bass fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Pat the sea bass fillets dry with a paper towel and brush both sides with olive oil.

Season the fillets with salt and pepper.

Place the sea bass fillets on the grill, skin side down. Close the lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

Carefully flip the fillets using a spatula and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the sea bass from the grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
