How To Make Grilled Salmon with Chilli Glaze & Lime Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crème fraîche
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, lime zest, and lime juice.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Brush the glaze on both sides of the salmon fillets.

Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly charred.

While the salmon is cooking, prepare the lime crème fraîche by mixing the crème fraîche with the juice of half a lime.

Serve the grilled salmon with a dollop of lime crème fraîche on top.
