Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, flake the salmon into small pieces.

Add breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, green onions, garlic, egg, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each into a patty.

Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Grill the salmon patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Serve hot with your favorite side dish or on a bun with lettuce and tartar sauce.
