How To Make Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Ingredients
- 4 rock lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

With kitchen shears, cut along the top of the lobster shell, all the way to the tail.

Carefully loosen the meat from the shell, while keeping the tail intact.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.

Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down.

Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.

Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
