How To Make Grilled Octopus

Ingredients
- 2 lbs octopus
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add octopus and cook for 30 minutes or until tender. Remove from pot and let cool.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Brush the octopus with the marinade mixture.

Place octopus on the hot grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until lightly charred.

Remove octopus from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Slice octopus into serving pieces and drizzle with additional marinade. Serve hot.
