Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if desired).

Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Allow shrimp to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers, if desired.

Place shrimp on the grill and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque and lightly charred.

Remove shrimp from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
