- 1 lb (450g) prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Pour in the sherry and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
