Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
