How To Make Garlic Chilli Prawns with Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
- 400g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 250g noodles
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red chillies, and cook for 1 minute.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt to taste.

Divide the noodles among four plates and top with the cooked prawns.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve hot.
