- 1 pound calamari rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Marinara sauce, for dipping

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.

Dip the calamari rings into the flour mixture, coating them evenly.

Carefully place the coated calamari into the hot oil, frying in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
