How To Make Flash-fried prawns with chilli, lemon & parsley

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

Add minced garlic and chopped chilli to the skillet and sauté for a minute.

Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the prawns and season with salt to taste.

Toss in the chopped parsley and stir well.

Remove from heat and serve the flash-fried prawns with lemon wedges.
