How To Make Everything Salmon Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon fillets on one side of the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the salmon, covering both sides.

In a separate bowl, toss the baby potatoes, asparagus, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on the other side of the baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
