Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, bread crumbs, diced onion, diced bell pepper, chopped parsley, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the mixture into patties, approximately 1/4 cup each, and place them on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry the tuna patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
