Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb okra, trimmed and sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté until softened.

Add the okra to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly tender.

Push the okra to one side of the skillet and add the shrimp. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.

Stir in the diced tomatoes and Creole seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve the Creole okra and shrimp over rice or with crusty bread. Garnish with chopped parsley.
