How To Make Creamy Garlic, Lemon & Spinach Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Place the salmon fillets skin side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.

Flip the fillets and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.

Pour in the lemon juice and add the spinach. Stir until the spinach wilts.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
