- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Shape the mixture into small patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

In a small bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce and freshly grated ginger. Stir well to combine.

Serve the crab cakes hot with the sweet chilli and ginger dipping sauce.
