How To Make Crab & Lemon Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of spaghetti
- 1 pound of lump crab meat
- 2 lemons
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the crab meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Zest both lemons and add the zest to the skillet. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the crab meat. Stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add red pepper flakes for some heat, if desired.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated with the crab and lemon mixture.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.

Serve hot with an extra squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle of red pepper flakes, if desired.
